Has been successfully indexed by ISI Proceedings(ISSHP/ISTP)
2006 International Conference on Public Administration , hosted by School of Political Science and Public Administration of UESTC and co-sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, American Society for Public Administration, and School of Public Administration, Moscow State University and Chinese Public Administration Journal was successfully held in The University of Warwick, UK from October 5 to 6, 2006.
Under the strong support of Graduate School and Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of UESTC, 2006 ICPA has achieved a fabulous success. Meanwhile, owing to the dedicated work by Professor Zhu Xiaoning, dean of School of Political Science and Public Administration of UESTC and Associate Professor Zhao Shurong, executive director of 2006 ICPA, The “Proceeding of 2006 International Conference on Public Administration” (including 180 papers both from home and abroad) has been successfully indexed by ISI Proceedings (ISSHP/ISIP) in the United States.
ISI in USA aims to collect the update high quality proceedings and provide as much comprehensive and multidisciplinary proceedings as possible in the world, whose index is regarded as one of the worldly recognized criteria for evaluating paper qualities accepted in the proceedings.
After the 2005 Proceeding of International Conference on Public Administration was successfully indexed by ISI in 2005, The Proceeding of 2006 ICPA was again indexed by ISI, which indicates that high research levels in the fields of China’s public administration have gained more recognized by the international academia.
