Sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, The Chinese Public Administration Journal, Institute of Public Administration Australia, American Society for Public Administration, Australian National University, co-sponsored by School of Public Administration of Moscow State University, hosted by Crawford School of Economics and Government of Australian National University, The Australia and New Zealand School of Government, School of Political Science and Public Administration of UESTC, 2010 International Conference on Public Administration(6th ICPA) was successfully held at Australian National University on October 22-24, 2010.
Under the strong support from sponsors and co-sponsors, 2010 ICPA has achieved a fabulous success. Meanwhile, owing to the dedicating work by 2010 ICPA Organizing Committee, the “Proceedings of 2010 International Conference on Public Administration” (Volume I, Volume II & Volume III, including 425 papers both from China and abroad) has been successfully indexed by ISI Web of Knowledge under CPCI-SSH ( Ex-ISSHP) in the United States.
ISI in USA aims to collect the update high quality proceedings and provide as much comprehensive and multidisciplinary proceedings as possible in the world, whose index is regarded as one of the worldly recognized criteria for evaluating paper qualities accepted in the proceedings.
After the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Proceedings of International Conference on Public Administration were successfully indexed by ISI Web of Knowledge consecutively; the Proceedings of 2010 ICPA was again indexed by ISI Web of Knowledge, which demonstrates China’s public administration research has gained more international recognition and ICPA has developed into a worldwide academic event with high level influence in the international field of public administration.
