2015 International Conference on Public Administration (11th), sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, American Society for Public Administration, Padjadjaran University, Indonesia and Chinese Public Administration Journal seeks to provide a forum for distinguished speakers from academia, government and industry to discuss problems and new ideas, share experiences of success and failure in public administration, explore the changes that public administration poses for all aspects of governance, and promote international co-operation in the field of public administration, especially with focus on sustainable development for public administration.The 2015 ICPA addressed the problems of managing governmental organizations with an eye both to what public administration can teach policymakers and government managers about sustaining public services in the face of sometimes severe economic and policy cycles and how policymakers and government managers should address the need to avoid less expensive short-term approaches to providing public services in favor of long-term more sustainable approaches.

The Proceedings 2015 International Conference on Public Administration (11th) encompasses a wide-ranging analysis and examination of excellence and innovation in public administration research and practice. The Proceedings contain a rich and broad collection of ideas and research findings directed at sustainable development for public administration. Authored by academics and practitioners worldwide, the collection promises to advance public administration research and practice. There are six sub-themes—Public Administration for Sustainable development, Good Governance, Performance and Smart Government, Networking and Partnerships and E-government, Public Management, Future in Public Administration.
